1. Britney Spears fights Florida radio station
Even though everyone has seen the pictures of Britney Spears with a shaved head, a radio station in Florida has gone ahead and used them in a marketing campaign for the station’s morning show. Now that Britney Spears knows about the billboards, which make her out to look crazy, the pop princess has demanded that the advertisements be taken down.
Florida radio station WFLZ decided to use a snarling picture of a bald Britney Spears to promote its morning show with host Todd Schnitt. According to Reuters, the lawsuit came down against the station, not only for the photo, but also for the way in which it was used. As the snarling bald Britney Spears appears on one side of the billboard and Schnitt’s head on the opposite side, the station’s logo appears in the middle along with the phrases “Total nut jobs,” “Shock Therapy” and “Certifiable”, suggesting that Britney is crazy.

2. Kim Kardashian Likes Big Black Meat, Moves on to Evan Ross
Actor Evan Ross who is the son of Diana Ross and Kim Kardashian have been going out together recently and we can only think of a couple things on her agenda: 1) Publicity and, 2) to continue her Million Man March. Reggie Bush probably just wanted some lusty tail and has moved on. She is making Paris Hilton look like a Mother Teresa with all that ho swagger.
There is no doubt that Kim likes to get around, and white guys are definitely off the menu. I guess she likes big schlongs. What do you think of white girls and black guys together? For it or against it? Let us know at 954-632-4309.
3. Joe Rogan calling out Carlos Mencia
This one goes back to February, but it is so great, we wanted to share it in case you missed it back then. Comedy Central’s Carlos Mencia was exposed by comedian and host of “Fear Factor” Joe Rogan at The Comedy Store in Hollywood. I’ll give you a really quick intro as I’m sure you just want to watch the video. Basically, tons of comedians in Hollywood, including George Lopez have been expressing their disgust at the fact that Carlos Mencia has been stealing all of their jokes and twisted them around bit on his show “Mind of Mencia”, including a recent special he did for HBO.

4. Topless woman accepts $29,000 in NY settlement
A woman arrested for exposing her breasts has accepted a $29,000 settlement from the city, her lawyer said.
Jill Coccaro, 27, was arrested on a topless stroll two years ago, despite a 1992 state appeals court ruling that concluded women should have the same right as men to take off their shirts.
Coccaro, who now goes by the name Phoenix Feeley, remained in custody for 12 hours before she was told prosecutors were not going to pursue charges.
Her attorney, Jeffrey Rothman, told the Daily News that his client won the civil rights settlement from the city, which did not admit or deny wrongdoing.
“We hope the police learn a lesson and respect the rights of women to go topless,” Rothman said.
